About Yumpit
Kitchens lose money in the gap between the shelf and the till.
Yumpit exists to close that gap. Not with another dashboard, but with one record of what actually happened, that every other number has to agree with.
Why we built it
Most restaurants already know their food cost is too high. What they cannot tell you is where it went. The stock count says one thing, the POS says another, the invoice says a third, and reconciling them is somebody's Sunday.
The usual answer is more reports. Ours is a single append-only event log: every count, receipt, transfer, sale and waste entry writes to the same place, and nothing is ever quietly overwritten. Variance stops being an argument between systems and becomes a number you can follow back to the shift it happened on.
That constraint is unglamorous and it is the whole product. Everything else — the scanning, the forecasting, the purchase orders — is what becomes possible once the underlying record is trustworthy.
How we work
Four commitments, each one already visible in the product rather than promised for later.
One source of truth, enforced
Every module reads from and writes to the same event log. No module keeps its own private copy of the stock level, so there is nothing for the numbers to drift against.
See what that enablesWe tell you what has not shipped
The public roadmap is generated from the same registry the app uses to unlock features, so it cannot claim something is ready while the product still locks it. Workforce is dated because it is not finished.
Read the roadmapPrices you can read without a call
Every plan and every limit is published. Priced per location, not per seat, so growing your team never arrives as a surprise invoice.

We publish our subprocessors, our data-processing terms and what we actually do with your data. Where we do not hold a certification, we do not display a badge for it.
