Terms of service for teams running operations on Yumpit.

Yumpit is operated by Yumpit LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States on 23 July 2026, with its registered address at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #37603, Casper, WY 82609, United States.

These terms are an agreement between your business and Yumpit LLC. Questions about them go to legal@yumpit.com.

Separate documents cover specific areas: the Acceptable Use Policy sets out what the platform may be used for, the Data Processing Addendum covers personal data we handle on your behalf, and the Mobile App Licence covers the Yumpit Scan app. All are listed at /legal.

Yumpit is provided for lawful business use by restaurant, hotel, and food-service teams. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

You agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with service availability, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that violates law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the platform, including recipes, supplier pricing, stock counts, and purchasing records.

Operational decisions remain with your team. Yumpit provides calculations and workflow support, but it does not replace management judgment, legal review, or food-safety processes.

Paid access, trial periods, and plan limits may vary by venue count, feature access, or negotiated commercial terms. Continued use beyond a trial may require an active subscription.

We may suspend access for non-payment, security issues, abuse, or material violations of these terms after reasonable notice when appropriate.

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

Features, pricing, and product behavior may change over time. When changes materially affect your use of the service, we will aim to provide clear notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

Nothing here removes protections that the mandatory law of your own country gives you and cannot be waived by agreement. Where such a law applies, it prevails over this section to the extent of the conflict.

Before starting formal proceedings, contact us — most disagreements are faster to resolve directly, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it.

Yumpit is available to businesses worldwide. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you operate in, including any rules on record-keeping, invoicing and employment data that apply to your business.

Prices are shown excluding tax unless stated otherwise. Where we are required to charge VAT, sales tax or an equivalent, it is added at checkout. Where your local rules make you responsible for accounting for the tax instead, that responsibility is yours.

You confirm that you are not located in, and are not ordering on behalf of anyone located in, a country subject to a United States Government embargo, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
